
“Carolina Real Estate” Television Show Recognizes Carrell Group & Grand Designs as Premiere Coastal Building Company
In recognition of Carrell Group’s nearly 30 years in business, its market leadership in Fortified and ICF construction, and its recent national award, Carolina Real Estate filmed a television show in March 2013 on the Carrell Group and sister company, Grand Designs. During this 30 minute broadcast, Bruce and Sonya Carrell discuss both company’s histories. They also discuss the growing trends in the North and South Carolina new construction industry, including Hurricane smart building, trends in floor plans and design, and more. Carrell Group Wins National ICF Builder Award
The Carrell Group was recently awarded its SECOND award for “First Place/Best ICF Residence” in the country!! As the Builder of the most ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) homes along the North and South Carolina Coasts, Carrell Group prides itself on being the most experienced Hurricane Smart Builder anywhere in the Carolinas. Carrell has built nearly 100 ICF homes to date, and is breaking ground on several more (including two ICF model homes). IBHS Awards Pee Dee Nephrology FORTIFIED for Safer Business Designation
Florence, S.C. - (November 1, 2012) - The Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS) today awarded a FORTIFIED for Safer Business™ designation to the new Pee Dee Nephrology medical office in Florence, S.C. The 9,700 sq. ft.
