“Carolina Real Estate” Television Show Recognizes Carrell Group & Grand Designs as Premiere Coastal Building Company

In recognition of Carrell Group’s nearly 30 years in business, its market leadership in Fortified and ICF construction, and its recent national award, Carolina Real Estate filmed a television show in March 2013 on the Carrell Group and sister company, Grand Designs.

During this 30 minute broadcast, Bruce and Sonya Carrell discuss both company’s histories. They also discuss the growing trends in the North and South Carolina new construction industry, including Hurricane smart building, trends in floor plans and design, and more. This television show, broadcast on WPDE TV 15 and CW21, was filmed in Carrell Group’s national award winning model, the “San Pietro” home in Grande Dunes (Myrtle Beach, South Carolina).

Carrell Group builds homes throughout the Carolinas, including “Estate Division” homes as far as Raleigh, North Carolina. Carrell’s primary building areas during its nearly 30 years in business have been Brunswick County, Horry County, and Georgetown County. If any client is considering building along the Carolina Coast, this video should highlight many reasons why a long-trusted builder like Carrell Group is worth strong consideration as their Builder.
